Built-in 40 PSI pressure switch automatically starts and stops the pump when necessary. Thermal overload protection automatically stops motor should it overhear due to overload, with auto re-start feature. Rated Flow is 4.5GPM(17 LPM).Long Time Operation at Small Flow/Leakage Would Damage Pressure Switch Very Quickly.Please make sure the flow rate you use is more than 60% of the max flow rate, at least 2.7 GPM(10.2 LPM).

Almost burned down my food truck and the two next to me

Worked great. A month later my colleague noticed the water was not flowing and checked under the sink to find the pump had literally burned out and the wall it was attached to and the counter above had charred. Especially scary because my propane tanks are on the other side of the wall. I could lose everything and take two more truckloads of food with me. Please don't.

Fittings and seals are useless under pressure.

We bought this pump to use in combination with a storage tank and a pressure tank for our cabin without a well. Unfortunately we were not able to install the unit within the return window if we had returned it quickly but we were three days late. Barb adapter to screw on over 1/2 thread, this device had separate thread and barb adapters. The fitting attached to the pump was a simple O-ring pressed into a recess and secured with a plastic clip. After installation, it became clear that the weight

Totally useless, don't waste your time, effort or money with this mess of paper.

Broke right out of the box. Anger me in a big way. After all the care, time and effort that went into setting it up, I turned on the pump and it made a noise like it was trying to work, but nothing was being pulled through the hose, even after manually filling, nothing . I used clean, clear water, a 5/8" clear hose with a strainer on the end, and the built-in strainer that came with the pump. I checked the flow direction arrow four times. None of the water pipes were clogged. I should have…
