I really like this chair. It's pretty convenient. A huge improvement over my crappy old computer chair. There is a lot of shock absorbing materials and it is not very difficult to assemble, all necessary parts are included in the kit. My only complaint is that the bottom of the chair's legs aren't sanded or rounded; the five legs projecting downwards have sharp edges at the bottom. The chair is easy to assemble. This is an obviously rebranded Staples product (kit of parts bears Staples branding) but I still don't see a chair on the Staples website that's as affordable with the same image quality. Not as convenient as we would like. I bought three different chairs from Amazon and this one was the most uncomfortable for me. The main reason is the straight back, perpendicular to the seat. If you're comfortable with a straight back chair, then this chair might be for you. Since then I've unpacked everything (5 minutes), assembled the chair (14 minutes), adjusted the recline height and tension (1 minute), and signed up to write this review. I bought this chair to fit my small stature. I'm 5'4" (average height for a woman) and I'm fed up with anything made for tall people. the backrest can be straight relative to the back of the chair and (2) short enough to fit my feet can stand on the floor without putting pressure on my feet.
