THE WORST TAPE. The tape is so thin and sticky that it won't peel off the roll. Every time I ripped off a new piece from the roll, the tape ended up unintentionally separating. And it didn't come out a nice line that I could easily clean up, it ended up breaking completely and it was impossible to clean up. DO NOT BUY.

I purchased this product and started using it a few days ago. Spend extra money and get a brand name. I'm usually very happy with Revain Basic products, but this product is not good. This tape is so cheaply made that it just breaks when you try to get a piece. Too bad I now have 3 rolls of tape to throw away.

Very cheaply made, too cheap. It's very sticky, which is great. The problem is that the fabric/paper used is so cheap that the glue has soaked in on both sides. So you get two inches of tape at best before it starts tearing into partial strips and you have to use your fingernails to try and rip it apart. Scraps left on the roll to flatten it out again, and then it snaps again when you pull it back another two inches. Those two inches stick really well! Then spend a few more minutes scratching…

As a masking tape I don't expect much in terms of durability, in fact it's a plus that it can be easily snapped into shape. However, this tape is incredibly thin and brittle - impressive, but sadly useless. It is just very difficult (if not impossible) to remove even medium-length strips from a roll without tearing them. I only write reviews when a product is either so good or so bad that I feel the need to tell others about it. I know it's cliche but if I could give zero stars that would be my choice. This is complete nonsense! Any attempt to pull it off the roll will result in it tearing into strips. Or, if you are careful enough to remove the entire width of the tape within a few inches of the roll, it will begin to tear and slide off the edge of the roll. Whoever makes this product should be strapped down…

I bought this because I ran out of masking tape which I mostly use for specialty labels. That means it doesn't have to be great. All I have to do is carefully remove the roll, pick up the ink from the permanent marker, and leave it in place until I no longer need the label (usually after a few days or weeks).
