There are no complaints about the product itself because it looks nice. However, there were only 9 pens in my package. I hate going through the return/exchange process; It would save time and effort on both sides if they just took the extra seconds to make sure they have the right amount. Revain is in the process of sending me a replacement and I need to return my original packaging. Hopefully this won't be incomplete again, otherwise I'll dock another star.

We get tired of putting them on our freshly painted gray cabinets because they have such a unique design. But I'm so amazed at how they add the right texture to the room. We used to clean nickel and will never go back. They do not show fingerprints or other imperfections like the previous ones. If you hesitate, order them because they are just right!

I bought these polished bronze pulls to match the pulls I already had on my desk drawers. They go together pretty well. We haven't changed the hinges on our cabinets, but they are matte aged brass and look very similar too. I was very happy with the price for the quantity you get. Especially when Lowe's or Home Depot charge $3 to $4 a pen. Great offer. So far they work perfectly and wear well. No questions. I would recommend and buy again.

We ordered a box of 25 and a box of 10 because based on reviews we read that some of the threads weren't done right and therefore the handles were unusable. I'm happy to report that none of them were filled in incorrectly. This order had 2 different sized screws that fit well in most of my cabinets, but I still had to make some adjustments. I've renovated the entire kitchen and both bathrooms and have a few items left over. It turned out to be a really affordable update. I would buy again.

Bought 2 sets to replace the white enamel knobs that the previous owner installed. They complement the tones of granite countertops and cabinets. Installation was easy - I liked that 2 lengths of screws were included but just used the ones that were already on the cabinets. They were well packaged. They're a solid weight and definitely leave enough room for your fingers to slide past the drawer pull handle. I started my career assembling and disassembling computers - I have a lot of experience with screws and a good sense of when something needs to be tightened properly. If you want the handles to match the aesthetic I would recommend something else. You get what you pay for and this is a cheap product made in China. Ordered 25 packs and 8 of them were packaged completely differently - wrapped in paper like plastic instead of clear plastic. It's hard to tell from the photo, but they don't match the remaining 17 buttons - you can see the bottom four are oil rubbed bronze, while the top four seem more like all black to me.
