Looks like great quality. I love the fact that the shovel is tough. If a shovel with rubber always seems to deform at the end, it's useless. This leaves no dust when you sweep it. The broom is quite short so I still need to have a regular sized broom on hand if I want to do more than just spot cleaning. Great if the kids want to help sweep. . They work well, they don't put anything in the scoop. The broomstick is short but I knew I'd order it. I used with a larger broom. I ended up using them more than my grandma did, but it's okay if it keeps her from using hand brooms and falling. Part of the "scraper" isn't the biggest. They have very short teeth and it is difficult to clean the entire broom even after cleaning both sides of the brush. Also, one of my cats seems to want to eat broom bristles, but I just keep it away from her.

When you lock it up you have to push and bend the bucket to release it, you just can't get it back in place, it's locked in there I don't know for what purpose. I'd prefer it to lock in an upright position in case you're not ready to empty it just yet. Surprisingly poor quality for a 'commercial' product. These broom + dustpan sets will get the job done, but I don't expect them to last long in a real commercial setting. This product appealed to me simply because of the 2-in-1 principle. I keep one inside and the other outside on my balcony. These are brooms and dustpans that do the job adequately.
