Wonderful quality, good for me

The quality of these ties is excellent. I was concerned about blind buying online because fabric quality can vary greatly. That's great. I will buy other colors.

Pros
  • Bought for an 11 year old boy. It fit him well and looked very good.
Cons
  • The price of the tie may not suit some buyers as there are cheaper options on the market.

Very cheaply made in my opinion.

My son wore this tie to church twice and it fell apart. The seams are torn, the threads have separated. Very disappointed as it is so hard to find personal connections now. 😞

  • It is shown as a true red and was maroon instead. It would be perfect if the color was the same as the picture!

Good for the price in my opinion.

It's actually a pretty good quality tie. Much better than I thought. I would buy again. The only thing that doesn't quite live up to my expectations is the color. The red color in the picture is deeper than the tie that arrived. The red I got was really more of a tomato red. Still, it's not a bad color.

  • This was the first time I bought a tie, next time I will look for a men's tie, not a boy, big for a boy.

  • The style of a solid printed tie may be outdated or unappealing to some, resulting in lower sales.

Big tie boy! to my rating.

I bought it for my godson to wear to first communion. The tie was exactly as described and the right size. Excellent quality and price!

Long length, excellent quality

We bought it for a costume. But we think it can be worn for a formal occasion. It's well done. The color is pleasant, although the fabric will seem too shiny to someone.

  • Need a pink tie for the game. It worked well and arrived on time which was important.

  • The American Exchange brand may not be well known or trusted by some customers, causing hesitation in purchasing a product.

True to color

True to color actually fusia. The tie has a silky texture. There are no protruding threads, so I don't see anything that would indicate poor workmanship. Very happy with this tie, my son is 10 years old and this tie fits him perfectly.

Nice lightweight tie

We bought this tie for my 13 year old son. He has to wear it 3 nights a month. We bought it in January and by that time I had to hand sew most of the stitching that keeps the tie's pleats closed at the back and had to reattach the label to the back which also serves to tuck the back in. bind when binding. Luckily we don't wash this, so the stitching seems to be from regular clothing, albeit with a teenager (let's face it, they're bad for clothing in general). My husband's more expensive ties…
