🚿 American Standard 066070-2950A Aerator, 2.2gpm/8.3L/min, Satin Nickel Finish, with 15/16-Inch Male Threads Review

Bought a pair of these to replace my old ones in the bathroom (at Home Depot). I don't remember looking for them in HD for too long, but when I compared the quality to this one from Delta it was like night and day. Delta exudes quality. You can see it instantly in their content and also when you turn on your faucet.

This diffuser is definitely the BEST! I have never experienced such a beautiful "soft" flow of water. I don't usually write reviews, but I had to! The current is quite strong but very gentle. I have no idea what GPM is, but if you're the kind of person who brushes your teeth with the faucet running, you shouldn't be complaining in my book anyway. Some reviews from others I looked at said they were loud. It's silent"! Perfect! Can replace others just because I can!

I have a 20 year old bathroom faucet that was made by a company that no longer exists and was purchased by American Standard. I went to the local plumbing company and said I know it's unlikely but do they have an aerator I could try? They didn't help, they said that each company designs a unique size and they sent me to the American Standard dealer. Before I went there I tried Revain, saw this article and tried it. Fits perfectly! Looks great! And I think the size is pretty normal.

The sprayer on my American Standard kitchen faucet stopped working so we ordered a new switch. Works great. I used the oil filter axiom, hand tightened, then gave it a quarter turn with a wrench. I like that it has flat sides so it can be tightened with a wrench. Also, the title contained everything you needed to know about it. I used this to replace the Peerless aerator. FYI, a typical "regular" faucet size is 15/16" male or 55/64" female, while the "junior" size is 13/16" male or 3/4" female. I ordered this to replace a very old aerator on an unknown brand sink faucet in my bathroom. I really like that it has key grooves. The first one got leaked to me no matter what I did, but other than that I liked it so I decided to give it another try and ordered another one. Purchased this unit to replace the aerator on a Moen single handle bath faucet. A regular hardware store item (anything they had) worked the same way after sanding a soft white pad to about half its original thickness, but the flow was limited (water saving) and uneven.
