They are very flexible in scheduling interviews at different times throughout our work week which makes it easier when we're working full time as well because there's less back/forth about schedules or availability. I like that they are flexible in their scheduling when you need them to be available if there isn't any one else working at your facility or hospital where ever it may have been scheduled through another agency/nursery etc., As well as being able schedule me back into work after maternity leave!
