Really good bed extender. I installed it on a 2008 double cab Toyota Tundra that was 6.5 feet wide. All of the included hardware is all you need for installation. The only modification to your truck is to drill 6 holes in the back. Otherwise super easy. Should be great for transporting my new Can-Am ATV.

I haven't had a chance to use it as a bed extension, only as a bed divider so nothing rolls around. It is light and makes a robust impression. For 2018 F150 owners you may want to get a lever screw instead of the included metal screw for the hinge mount on each side of the bed. The Ford has a factory hole right where the bottom bracket hole attaches to the truck body. The direction says to use a 9/64 drill bit for the screw hole. I used a 1/8 drill bit which worked fine.

Great product - easy to install and looks great. I installed it on my 2019 Tundra DC. Installation is very easy and takes less than 30 minutes with the additional drill-free brackets (for Tundra). Unfortunately, there are no brackets without a drill in the kit and it is quite difficult to buy them. Order number for Tundra undrilled brackets: 74614-01A. As mentioned, the manufacturer's template needs to be revised. First, the three holes on the template do NOT match the bracket! This is very bad! Also, the template does not align the extension. Luckily I modeled it, otherwise the mounts would have been a few inches lower. To install I lined up the bed extension, marked on the template where the fasteners should be and then used the measurements to complete the installation so the two sides were equal. I have the benefit of having an OEM platform extender installed on a 2004 F150 Supercrew and now an Amp Research platform extender that I installed last night on my 2013 F150 Supercrew installed. This is a good product, the matte finish is nice and it's easy to put all the pieces together, the problem is that the template in the instructions that you are supposed to use is a joke. I purchased this item because I added a tool box and lost almost two feet of cargo space in the process. I bought the HD MAX model or the old U-shape to increase the space. I bought this because I needed to load kayaks into my short tundra. The whole assembly was easy, installation took less than an hour. The drilling template is slightly next to it. Part of this could be due to having the spray on the feed, the other part would not be affected. I recommend assembling it according to the instructions, reading the instructions to understand how to assemble it, and then drilling the brackets freehand.
