Gorse does it again!

These Drok guys don't mess around. I installed this on my 4 wheeler and wow! It pushes 3 6x10s and a 16" subwoofer like nothing. You like that boom bap and you go into it. I don't play. I don't like things overly complicated so a simple volume control works fine for me. And it was so cheap, that I could buy half a gallon of glitter and the old lady didn't even bat an eye. That's what I call win after win!

Love it. Bye Bye Class D

I'm alternating between this and a 3 watt unbalanced tube amp. I used Fosi Audio 50 watts per channel but I needed good old class A/B in my home office/studio. I'm running it from a 13.5v power supply that I use for ham radio (MFJ 4125p) but I have a transformer on the way. I have enough strength for myself. In my office it reaches over 90 dB. I use it in Klipsch R41-M bookshelf speakers. Update: Now runs on Atari 9V (linear) power supply from the 80's. Still sounds amazing, still nice and…

Don't let the price and small size fool you, this is a great product. My tuner amp died the other day and since all I needed for bedroom hi-fi was an amp I decided to give this little amp a shot. The assembly of the electronics is of high quality, as is the acrylic housing supplied as a kit. The parts are protected by a film that must be carefully removed. It is very easy to assemble. I'm using two high quality speakers salvaged from a dead Sony TV, an old HP power supply and a portable DVD…

Nice little amplifier on receivers and amplifiers

amplifier sounds very good. It's quiet with no noticeable hiss and approaches clipping without harshness. Using a decent 12V Vicor power supply with a pair of Dual LU43Ps I'm seeing an average of around 200mA at a reasonable terrace volume with plenty of headroom for amplification. It operates at around 75mA and peaks at 3A at the neighbor's volume, so it's likely these 12V speakers can put out around 10W. To approach 30W would require the chip's maximum operating voltage of 18V at around 3A…
