If you are looking for a trimmer to trim sideburns, mustache, etc., this trimmer is NOT for you. It didn't cut anything I tried to use for the edge. You could cut your mustache, but that's not what I bought it for. It doesn't work as intended at all and rips hair out on several occasions. Tried straight out of the box, tried with complete oil, tried adjusting the heads - nothing happened! Very disappointed.

Excellent quality product however I have already had to change the battery 2 times, after 3 uses, total no more than 2 minutes each time. Not sure if this is normal? Definitely trims the beard easily (remember to use blade lube before first use) and leaves facial hair very aligned and clean. Aside from completely draining the battery, this is a good product.
