I downloaded the windows drivers from their website and installed them correctly. The device kept trying to connect and then disconnect. I searched the web for solutions. Tried running in compatibility mode, nothing changed. I noticed that the driver history for the device says it is "unported". I am using Windows 10 64 bit. All other drivers and firmware are up to date. I would not use this device if I am using Windows 10.

Super fast with this connection. But I can't get it to stay connected to my Mac laptop. It slides out with the slightest movement.
