What happened to the amazing cases?

I've ordered these three times and loved them, but this week I've ordered four more and was a bit disappointed. All three orders in the past have come with these awesome individual zipped pockets for each cable. I love them especially for the cords I carry in my briefcase and travel backpack. Unfortunately, both orders I received this week did not come with cases. I specifically ordered this brand again because I wanted covers in the kit. What happened anchor?

PAID NEW - RECEIVED USED - ANCHOR SERVICED

My Anchor II died, it couldn't get here fast enough, I paid for a NEW cable THIS WAS USED! the back ! But the need for a working cable was acute. In terms of durability and charging performance is yet to be determined. UPDATE only: I wasn't expecting ANKER to activate since it's an open package. and not defective. But they did it and got it right. This is EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! So I changed my 2 stars to 5 STARS. ANKER products and customer service define the gold standard.

Cable only lasted 2 months

I bought this cable because of its braided construction - anyone with standard Apple cables knows that they fall apart at the point between the cable and the connector head. Fool, that's nothing to worry about with this Anker cable. Lightning adapter blade separated from fork after 2 months of limited use. For $25 it was a complete joke. Unfortunately my wife was out when it happened and she threw it away instead of keeping it for a warranty case. However, I will not buy Anker again. For that…

The best Lightning to USB A cable you can buy!

I bought this to use in my car with my AVIC8200nex head unit. Just checked. The main unit doesn't provide much power to charge the phone. So I bought a 36W car charger. Don't let anyone fool you. Apple CarPlay works! The cable looks and feels good. As it slipped out of the box, I was immediately amazed at how beautiful it looked. ☺️🥰 The chrome finish of the sexy braided cable is very beautiful. Not intrusive, but very pleasant. It's beautiful and it works. I've used it at home with a 12 watt…

So far excellent quality for a cable. WISH IT WAS ROSE GOLD!

Unfortunately I can't test the speed, but it transfers files from my device fairly quickly, charges my device at great speed and doesn't heat up the cable or the device while charging. The cable is much more flexible than other braided cables and so far has held up better than any other cable brand I have. I would definitely buy it again, just wish it was in rose gold! I was hoping they would make a rose gold variety soon! Otherwise great cable. Edit: Accidentally broke the Thunder 8 pin…

Great update for an already great cable!

I recently tested the Powerline+ II Lightning cables and lo and behold, Anker did it again! They upgraded Powerline+ II to Powerline+ III. There isn't much of a difference up front, but the minor changes that have been made make the amazing cable even better. The Powerline+ III has a stronger and more durable nylon braid you can feel. The cable itself feels heavier and more secure. If you even feel the case is fraying on Powerline+ II, don't worry on III. Aside from the quality and strength of…

I bought a brand new 6ft Anker Powerline+ III, I had high hopes for an Anker product for the first time and I see a lot of great reviews on other Anker cables. So I bought this most expensive one. It was very disappointing. As I waited almost 1 month for delivery from Amazon due to Coronavirus. It holds a temporary charge on the lighting cable side or on the Lightning cable connector plug, and the other side with the word anchor does not work. But the plug didn't work either. mainly due to the…

I have enough for a week or two

If something goes wrong with my new iPhone 12 two months later, Anker's cables will only last me a week or two. I use them gently while seated and connected to the power supply. Also tested by plugging the cable into a wall outlet charger when the cable started to fail and had the same intermittent connection issue, indicating the issue was not power related. Returned the Powerline II cable (2 packs) under warranty and now after two weeks of extra careful use with a new warranty replacement…
