Well it's all rubber which I didn't realize until I got it. I wasn't sure how it would actually work but I think it catches more hair/dirt than a regular broom. And you can wash it with soap and water after use, which I like. So all in all a good cleaning device.

We bought one of these from a more expensive container store with less 'things' in the package and wanted a second one for our second floor. This one works just as well and seems a bit sturdier (handle) than the other one we bought. As a family with multiple cats and dogs, we couldn't keep the house clean without this.

Love this kit! I am a dog breeder and was told about these rubber brooms. Well I bought this set because it was cute and inexpensive. I use anything that comes with a broom, it works wonders, easily collects all the hair and cleans the carpet! I even spray the floor with the cleaner and scrub it with a broom, then turn it over and scoop up the pile and throw a towel over it, then use a mop-like attachment to dry off any remaining moisture. I love this set and it's worth every penny!
