API CO2 BOOSTER: Promotes Plant Growth & Vibrant Aquarium Plants – Daily Treatment for Lush Results Review

Not sure if this will work. I've been using it for a month now, most of the plants have melted. Not sure if it's caused by the product as some reviewers say and those that didn't melt didn't actually grow. I have nano tanks and the livestock are doing fine, not killing their fish like some reviewers have claimed.

I'm sure this will be great for some plant species. But I have several types of live plants and started having problems with a few of them after using these. I did a little research and found that a lot of people have this problem with ANY liquid CO2 booster, not just this brand. My plants actually do better without it. At least until I can invest in a CO2 system.

I have read some reviews that using this product has killed some or all of their fish! I have 30 gallons and the recommended dosage is 3ml per gallon. I was careful and started with 2ml and increased to 3 in 3 weeks. My fish are doing well and the plants are growing. I can't comment on how good this is because some plants do better than others. I also use fertilizer, potassium and iron several times a week.

I first bought a CO2 booster to solve the hair algae problem in our 20 gallon tank. Nothing else I've tried worked, and I've read that increasing the CO2 will help. I also figured it wouldn't hurt to add it to our 50 gallon aquarium to see if any new live plants would take off. After emptying a bottle between two tanks, the hair algae died, the living plants went haywire and all the fish stayed healthy. I'm on my second bottle now.
