Poor buffering capacity or resistance to pH fluctuations

Rather correct pH value 6.8! This does not work well in acidic water, even if the kH is high or low. The buffering capacity of this product is really bad. Acts more like an acid than a buffer. If anything, it may help those seeking an acidic to neutral pH. But that's not good for alkaline pH. My pH was already between 7.4 and 7.6 before using it and now it's fluctuating to 6.8 or less. The pH of the spring water is 8.2, so they got the correct pH of 7.5 wrong. I would like to return but I have…

The picture shows what my aquarium looks like 24 hours after adding this product to my aquarium. That's even after a 25% water change. The entire inside of the tank is covered with a white film of flour. Plants, driftwood, glass, everything is covered with it. I don't know if any of my fish died because I hardly ever see any of my fish. I don't know how…

Safe for my plants. But did not change the pH to 7.5.

I have added this to my aquarium even though it says not to add to aquariums with live plants. How stupid is it that an aquarium product can't be used with aquarium plants? Anyway, my aquarium plants are doing fine, so I think it was worth the risk. I think some plants don't take it, I don't know. I can say that it would be nice if this fact was stated in the product description before ordering and not to read on the bottle after delivery! The pH value has adjusted in my aquarium, but only to…
