Great scheduling tool that actually works and is user friendly

I like how it helps me organize my schedule for multiple doctors in one place so there's less time spent searching through emails or trying to remember what each doctor needs from when they are not at their desk! It also gives us an easy way of tracking our billings which saves tons of paper work!! Nothing really but if we can streamline more things with this program then great! Also would love some new features added such as auto pay reminders etc - maybe even integration into Quickbooks? We…

  • The ease that you just enter your information, input patient info & submit bills without having too much technical knowledge required is fantastic especially considering its free (for basic usage) ! Great tool!!! Highly recommend :)

  • As faras billing goes sometimes doesn’t get sent out properly/ontime

Apollo Practice Management is a great tool for managing my practice. It is easy to use, has a lot of features, and is very user friendly. It is easy to get started with and I have been able to use it to help manage my practice. There are a few things I would like to see improved. I would like to be able to see my patient appointments that are scheduled for the day. I would also like to be able to see my appointment reminders. Very user friendly software - Would recommend

I like how easy it was for me as an employee or administrator to navigate and find exactly what I needed with no trouble at all! There are many great features within this system but so far my favorite would be their ability to create custom forms which makes creating surveys and other documents much easier than manually typing in information. The only thing about APM that does not work well is being able to sort by date and time of appointment instead of just alphabetically. This can get very…

Able To Do Everything And More Quickly

It has allowed us have very detailed information about our office including appointments booked so we know what services are available when needed without asking clients or waiting for them during open hours! Being able use this in conjunction with Google Apps could greatly help all of my business functions since I would no longer be running two programs as far back up goes which also makes it easier if something does go wrong (like losing files!). We don't really like how much time/work needs…

  • Easy interface, lots going fast
  • Ability view accounts payable side via web browser rather then having client visit website directly.
  • Client portal user friendly enough that even complete novice such myself felt confident working within environment after reading step guides provided online etc.)
Cons
  • Takes too long sometimes between updating account statements; there seems often delays processing transactions until they catch everything again later
