It was intact before we took it out of the box. I made it as a Christmas present for my granddaughter. She was so excited that she liked it. He didn't even hold his breath for 24 hours. VERY DISAPPOINTED! It seems like all I get more from going through Revain is CHARACTER and a waste of my money. I can't get a refund because I bought early in the Christmas period and I'm not getting a refund after 30 days. And my daughter just told me about it.

I'm still not sure how to rate this after a few months. We already had Rody but as he was getting a bit small for our four year old we decided to give her one. 6 year old granddaughter loves jumping and bouncing on this ball. It says it's for 3-6 year olds but I find the 15 inch size much better for 3 year olds. The material is excellent, not cheap at all. The handle is even thicker to prevent tearing. I play with my daughter and actually hit older people with her if they are smart and endure abuse. I bought two of these for my granddaughters, 3 and 6 years old. You are perfect. I inflated each one depending on how big it needs to be so that its little feet are properly touching the ground and it's fun. Both have room for additional inflation so I expect a couple of years for a 6 year old and a couple of years for a 3 year old.
