They really do listen to what your needs are and then provide you with solutions that will work within your budget. It's difficult to find a vendor who can truly help you get your business up and running without charging you a fortune. The platform was great for being able to pull in multiple information sources into one system. It also had some of the best customer support I have ever encountered. Some of their products were not easy to use or did not fit our needs. For example we needed to be able to do field data entry which was very time consuming and difficult with this software. We would love to have been able to export all data from the program, but there was no way that could work. There is definitely a learning curve
