Customer Service eligible for Under Sink Water Filter Replacement

UPDATE: After I posted the review (below), the company contacted me a day or two later and confirmed that the information I posted were correct. I didn't hear from them after that, but about a week later they shipped a new storage/pressure vessel to my home for free. Sure enough, after I plugged it in and flushed it twice, it's been working fine ever since. I don't know why this wasn't resolved with my first emails/calls but I'm glad it was eventually resolved and at no extra cost to me. After…

Who Needs a Plumber?

First off, this product was great right out of the box. Shipping was fast and came much earlier than expected. The kit is designed to be installed under the sink to collect tap water and drain bad water. Part of the installation process involves drilling a drain pipe under the sink, which isn't a big deal even for a beginner. However, the pipes must be made of plastic to make drilling easier and to minimize the chance of leaks. This eliminates the possibility of connecting to the drainage…

Greate Reverse Osmosis System / Greate Price

We have very hard water and sometimes it has a slight smell of chlorine (which makes the ice cubes unusable). Also, I'm mean and lazy - I'm tired of going to the store every two weeks for 25 (in 5 x 5 gallon bottles) gallons of filtered water. Drag them from the car to the basement, and then from the basement to the kitchen. We now have clean, clear drinking water, coffee, cooking, baby food and an aquarium. Bottled water replacement

I purchased this filtration system based on reviews here on Revain and other online sites. I originally went for a 6-step system that included UV sanitizer. After careful consideration and budget decision I changed my mind and settled on this 5 tier unit. When the unit arrived it was packed in a huge box that was just an outer protection for a smaller box that contained all the parts almost ready for assembly.
