Damaged but serviceable

This is a roll of butcher paper. It would cost hundreds of pounds to crush him. Unfortunately, that's exactly what happened. But it's only paper that can be used.

Try this instead of foil for a tender and juicy end product with a nice crust.

I've used this twice for a brisket and once for a pork shoulder and it worked flawlessly each time. The crust got a lot better using paper instead of aluminum foil, which tends to soften everything in a stir-fry.

Very happy with Butcher Paper

There's nothing special to tell, everything is exactly as it should be… Meat paper for smoking meat on shish kebabs. The product conforms to what was declared, shipped and delivered quickly. I'm happy with this guy...I'm not sure how much it costs, but I'm also not sure where else to find butcher paper.
