I have used similar filters from other manufacturers for over 20 years. This brand is difficult to establish as the push fitting has a round sleeve instead of a hex. The round bracket does not have a driver to prevent the fitting from twisting when tightening the compression fitting. It is very difficult to tighten the compression fitting enough to prevent leakage. Other brands allow you to use 2 wrenches to quickly tighten fittings and install in seconds without dripping. It's simple but I installed it under the kitchen sink and used the existing 1/4" -Line was connected to overhead faucet with brass fitting. After disconnecting it didn't seal as expected, so I wish the "plastic insert" that fitted into the included 1/4" tubing and the swivel nut could have extras to allow for when reconnecting the existing tubing help.
