I really liked the look of these shoes, the sole is very comfortable and the shoe looks well made. I also liked the closed toe as it seems more appropriate for my semi-casual work place. A small hem on the sides of the shoe covers the orthopedic insoles which I wear when I'm on my feet a lot and they still look like the sandals I wanted. I am a 64 year old female and weigh 115 pounds. 5 feet 4 inches tall, in excellent health except for the legs. Up until last year I wore size 8 shoes for years. I was diagnosed with Morton's neuroma in both feet and now I need to buy wide shoes with roomy toes. I had high hopes for this pair of shoes and other than the stitching required to attach the strap in the toe box these shoes are really good.
