Fantastic tool, easy and intuitive interface

The ability for us as producers/managers of our theatre group in Australia to keep up with all aspects of production management from booking actors to selling tickets is fantastic! I wish there was more flexibility around ticketing - but that's not really something we're looking at improving right now. It would be great if it could link into Eventbrite or Ticketek etc so people didn't have to remember multiple passwords. Also being able to see what other companies are doing across different…

Good platform that's easy to use for anyone regardless of experience!!

It is easy for me as it contains all my details of what I do with this one platform which makes things simple when looking at other platforms out there in their entirety that are far more complex than they need be! There isn't anything not likeable about how user friendly everything works until recently after updating from Windows 10 Home but once again - problems fixed quickly with no issues reported back yet so hopefully we're good now. My main dislike would have been if everything could…

Great Experience and great staff!!!

The ability for us as producers of our show "The Girl in White" that goes out under this management service was able see how much money we were spending with each ticket sold! It allowed me access into my accounts information so I could easily make changes if need be or even just check where things stand at any time without having wait until end-of day when all transactions are reconciled before seeing results from previous days activities!! Pros
  • Quick, easy to use interface.
  • Easy setup within hours instead many weeks previously using standard accounting software system which caused headaches while being difficult & cost prohibitive process requiring several people dedicated solely toward handling tickets / orders manually (reconciliation)
  • Easily identifiable by employees what is due vs not yet settled thus eliminating confusion regarding outstanding balances during closing period between shows prior start

  • I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine

The best thing about this software is that it has so many features which makes managing all of my theatre projects easy! I have been using arepos for several years now with no problems at any time from them as they always go above & beyond what we ask or expect in terms of service delivery/support etc - nothing really comes across when working through their system because everything works perfectly well without issue!!
