The installation instructions are very detailed but they seem very concerned about the lb torque. Most people don't have a torque wrench. In addition, most of the hardware is factory equipment. I really liked this because it's the most comfortable for the price it's sold for. The black paint has chipped in a few places but that's ok. Many note that the screws aren't black to match the holder, but they're not very noticeable. The only problem I found is that after installing and putting the tire on, the gate falls off a bit due to the weight (35" Wrangler DuraTrac).
