Now I'm beginning to doubt it. It does remove old wax buildup from my linoleum/vinyl floor, but after extensive research I found that if you took a kettle, filled it with hot water and squirted it along with a small ice scraper and LOTS (I stress, LOTS) of elbow grease , you can bring back the original shine without using all those harsh chemicals. I used to buy these items at my local Lowe's but they no longer sold them. I was so happy to find it on Revain. It makes a clean floor beautiful by adding a shine that makes the floor look new again.
