ARP is best for thread lock

When you build an engine and put good money into a build you don't want to save. ARP hardware is the best. If you must use a sealant, use ARP's. It is very similar to LOCTITE 567 but I have not compared the ingredients. Like I said when it comes to using sealant on your bolts, especially ARP bolts. Use their seal.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine

Perfect fit for RV water heater connection and cylinder block heater

This pipe is my second pipe in 10 years; I bought this tube as my original 10 year old paste was yellow and I am willing to spend money on this product considering how well it has worked for me in the past. ) installed and a newer engine block heater installs a brass jacketed heater into an aluminum block. The coated RV water heater anode is always easy to drain but will not weep under heat and pressure. I wouldn't be afraid to use it for anything as long as I can install the part clean and dry

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Slightly cracked

Best Automotive Thread Sealant

This is the best automotive thread sealant. I replaced the coolant temperature sensor on a 2004 GMC Envoy 4.2L I6 Atlas engine (one of GM's quietest idle engines). I ordered a factory part from GM and replaced it. The next day I noticed a coolant leak. The factory part comes with white thread sealant, dry, the threads are ready to install. However, the seal did not work properly. I removed the part and inspected it visually. I haven't seen any issues with threads. I ran the thread to make sure…

Pros
  • Easy To Use
Cons
  • Quick Start Guide
