I don't think you can get better performance/capacity than this drive for the money. Seems to be around rated read and write speeds. Its small capacity isn't good for gaming like gaming, but perfect for a boot drive.

The product specifically states 128MB cache for the 120GB model. I bought 8x 120gb and 2x 240gb. I can't talk about the 240GB cache situation as I haven't received it yet. Many MSATA slots, including the one in my old Thinkpad, are running at maximum SATA II speeds. This means that gaming on this SSD or using it as temporary/temporary storage space for video editing will result in high latency.
