Comfortable in my opinion

I bought these for my son who suffers from overpronation and flat feet. He says they're a lot more comfortable than the rest of his shoes. He uses them for training and running.

Pros
  • 10/10 would buy again
Cons
  • May not be suitable for those with a split leg

Very happy with this purchase

I don't write many reviews, I'm very skeptical about buying shoes online, this was a great deal, the shoes are very comfortable and fit perfectly. Would recommend to anyone with foot problems. I'm older and it's helping my back and legs.

Pros
  • What fantastic shoes!! It's very comfortable and supportive. Best sneakers I've ever bought!!
Cons
  • May not be suitable for long distance running

Comfortable but rubbed the skin off the back of my cure

Walking in these shoes was generally quite comfortable. At least until about a mile from my walk, the back of the shoe pierced the back of my heel. I was bleeding the second mile and stopped to get help from the bank so I could get back home. I restored the shoes. I would recommend as they are comfortable just don't fit my foot.

Pros
  • Very convenient. Light as on clouds!
Cons
  • May cause blisters or irritation

Very comfortable trainer

Of all the ASICS GT 2000 shoes I've owned, this is the most comfortable. It seems to have ample cushioning and support where it's needed. The lacing is a bit fiddly, however, as the shoe has been pre-laced through all the loops on the tongue. I changed the lacing to a more normal one and it made the shoes easier to put on. Also, the shoes look great.

Pros
  • I ordered these Asics for my son and found an amazing price! Shipped quickly from Michigan. So happy!
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with Achilles tendonitis

Great shoes but the tread fell off on the second day.

I love Asics and have been wearing them for many years. For some reason this pair started losing its profile on the second day and every time I wear it I can feel another set of profile on the right boot falling off. Very disappointing.

Pros
  • Good support, good padding, comfortable
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with narrow feet.

Strange feeling on the left shoe

There is a strange feeling in the left shoe like something is wrong. I feel heaviness in my legs and I'm not at all comfortable with that feeling.

Pros
  • This is my second pair of GT-2000 of this generation. They are very comfortable and give me the instep support I need.
Cons
  • Not recommended for heavy runners

I ended up buying Asics!

After more than 30 years of "relationship" with Asics as my favorite sneaker brand, I've stopped buying this brand forever. I've literally tried THREE different Asics shoes, NONE fits properly. The last one, GT-2000 10, was given to me for Christmas. However, they are marked as "wide" both on the box and in the shoe. like two other recent pairs from Asics (also "wide" width), they are TOO tight. They fit like regular narrow width shoes used many years ago. Compared to my venerable pair of…

Pros
  • Always buy ASICS. These are my favorite sneakers.
Cons
  • May cause heel discomfort or pain

Great shoes for wide feet or plantar fasciatis.

Great shoe for a wide foot or plantar foot. This is my second pair that I use. They are better for those with a wider pitch and have plenty of travel for running or walking.

Pros
  • Great shoe for running or walking. Absolutely comfortable, without time interruption.
Cons
  • May not provide enough flexibility for natural runners.

acceptable, model and design is normal

It's okay, I can't say they're beautiful, the tip is a bit big, although my size is always 9.5, they're light, I hope I can walk to see their resistance.

Pros
  • good view Great for long runs
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with flat feet

Asics always delivers!

I'm a woman who wears a size 9 so I had to downsize for men and figured a size 7 would fit. It's not like this. So I returned them and bought 7.5. Still does not work. Finally I ordered a size 8 in men and they fit perfectly! So I'd say these shoes run small, but once you find the right size for you, it's worth it; because these shoes are very stylish, high quality and supportive! Asics always delivers!

Pros
  • Excellent comfort
Cons
  • Some runners may not have enough toe box room.

Comfort with every step

My podiatrist recommended them to my son to help with arch support. He hesitated because he lives in his cool basketball shoes (no arch support). The day he put them on, he couldn't believe his feet stopped hurting. These are his everyday shoes now.

Pros
  • Good
Cons
  • May not be suitable for those with a history of knee pain

Great shoes for flat feet. nearly perfect

The Asics GT2000 10 is a great shoe for my flat feet and when my foot hits the ground I really feel the support and cushioning for my overpronation. The only 2 small issues I have are the bulkiness of the entire sole. Yes, it is very light, but it takes some time to get used to the feeling of walking on small elevators when walking. Second, it doesn't quite fit like a halo, so your foot moves a bit in this one, which is fine, just not exactly how I'd like it to. I use it as a jogger and the…

Pros
  • Excellent tennis
Cons
  • May not provide sufficient stability for hyperpronators

Best show for heavy people

After reading some shoe reviews for people over 200 pounds (I'm 208) I decided to give it a try. These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn.

Pros
  • Producto en Excelentes conditions, Muy satisfecho.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for those with bursitis or other foot deformities

ASICS GT-2000 10: my review

Fits like a glove (in size). Very attractive and comfortable. I run moderately (less than 2 miles / 3 times a week), I'm 65 years old and the shoes are great for my needs. No hits to the knees or calves. Recommended, works for me.

Pros
  • really comfortable and breathable
Cons
  • May not be suitable for those with weak ankles.

Amazing my pros and cons

I have been using the Skechers arch support for 3 years. I was looking for something better as my feet were still sore after 6 hours at Skechers so I looked online to see what is best for 10+ hours standing and these Asics popped up, random purchase without trying on, and they fit amazing my knees are feeling better already they literally walk on a cloud. I highly recommend these

Pros
  • I like it then. perfect
Cons
  • May not provide adequate arch support for hyperpronators.

Shoes with excellent stability

My running/leisure shoe for many generations. This is a great way to stock up as it looks like they're clearing stock to bring out the next gen. I will definitely wear them too.

Pros
  • Great shoes. Better than 9s
Cons
  • May not provide enough cushioning for some runners.

Very comfortable for long walks

This was recommended to me by a friend and I'm very glad I bought it. I struggle to meet my daily step count and these shoes have made walking easier and more comfortable. I actually started exceeding my step goals with ease. These shoes really made a difference!

Pros
  • Para salir a pasear
Cons
  • May not provide enough flexibility for people with a natural walking gait.

Absolute comfort is good for me

I've been wearing the GT2000 for many years now. You improve them every time. Now it's like walking on clouds. They are padded from heel to toe

Pros
  • Possibly the most comfortable shoes I've ever bought. The fit is perfect for my size. Hope they stay forever.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for those with high insteps

The feel/look is very similar to the more expensive Kayano Gel. I would go with that if you are split between the two. As noted in the title, this shoe doesn't offer the same stability as last year's version. They are not exactly the same shoes. It's a good shoe though, comfortable, light weight, has some bounce. Good deal so I bought two pairs.

Pros
  • longtime satisfied customer
Cons
  • May not be suitable for those with a history of ankle injuries.

Great shoes at a great price!

My son runs cross country and track in high school and these are his favorite shoes. He runs a lot of miles and changes shoes about every 3 months. We usually buy last year's model at a reduced price and they fit him great, support his legs and look great. And all at a great price.

Pros
  • Very convenient
Cons
  • May not provide adequate traction on wet or uneven surfaces.
