ASICS Torrance Trail Running Shoes: Superior Men's Athletic Footwear Review

Initially I really liked this shoe, but after only 4 months of use, no running, just casual wear, a hole appeared on the side of the little finger and the fabric was rubbed over the top. For me, it's premature wear. I don't wear them every day either. Best 3 or 4 times a week. But they are very comfortable and light with good support and the lower profile is still in great shape. I bought a different color combo of the same shoe that I previously used for trail running. They work great and last over a year. I stopped buying Nike because of them.

Admittedly, I bought it thinking it would be gray with orange highlights. They are definitely purple shoes. Fits well, comfortable enough. They wear out about as quickly as other Asics, which to me means good value for money. At the time I was deciding between two sneakers and would happily pick another pair, but then again, it's okay.

Great shoe for walking the dog, lightweight but durable. I especially like the studded outsole design that doesn't hold mud. Available in half size, just what I needed.

I searched the market for lighter shoes. While it's actually lighter than my previous pair, the lack of arch support and internal cushioning doesn't make it worth the trade-off. Wouldn't buy this model again. Fits as expected. These are neutral shoes.

I like the shoes but on their picture on the web they are dark blue but when you receive them they are light blue gray but I like them I just really wish they were darker.

Comfortable and great fit but after 50 miles of walking they start to wear down on the heels. 150 km, most likely, will not go

I bought these to use as lawn volleyball shoes and they offer good traction (only slipped once) but they are terrible quality and uncomfortable. I no longer buy Asics shoes for trail running.

I usually wear 7.5 wide shoes and these shoes were huge. When I bought them they said "ladies" but when asked to leave a review they said "men". Can explain why they are big. They don't feel comfortable inside either. Rigid outsole. Reminds me of cheaper Walmart shoes.

I am a shoe lover and this pair of Asics shoes did not disappoint. The quality I expect from every pair of ASICS I buy. Great shoes.

I bought these hoping they would last longer than normal shoes as they are trail type. Well, they lasted a little longer but still ended up with the same mesh holes. I like them, but they just wear out quicker than expected.

These are not traditional Asics shoes. Not only are they uncomfortable, but they are the wrong size. However, the killer part of this is the shipping and return costs. On the contrary, if you are not satisfied, you lose everything.

I like how they look but after trying them on from the inside I decided these are the most uncomfortable sneakers I have ever worn. I don't know what happened to ASICS this time. Too bad.

So far, so good . The shoes look great. It has a good profile but I expected more cushioning in the insole. Edited July 2021. The shoes are in good condition but today I bought the insoles as they have been uncomfortable for a month.

I'm always skeptical when it comes to buying shoes online. Will they be too narrow, not wide enough, etc.? These shoes fit perfectly right out of the box. No break-in period required. These are my favorite training shoes.

Robust, light, durable. Everything you expect from the Asics brand. We'll wait and see how long it takes for the bottom part to wear out. I had a pair of Asics that I used for hiking and running and they easily lasted 8 years. Great brand! High quality!

At first they were very comfortable, but after 3 or 4 months the comfort started to decrease. In fact, within 10 months, a hole formed in the material next to the toes. This has NEVER happened to any shoe I've ever owned. So I wouldn't buy it again. sorry to say

Great shoe, great fit. The toe box is quite long. The sole has small cutouts for more flexibility. I just hope this doesn't result in a premature break.

I like ASICS in general when walking on the street. I had my old ASICS for almost two years but the thread was gone so I decided to stick with the same brand. Unfortunately they weren't made from the same fabric as in less than two months the right boot's front toe box/box is already falling apart. A little disappointing.
