ASICS Womens Gel Venture 5 W Indigo Review

I have a high arch and wide foot. Asics is the best running shoe I've found for my foot type. I would highly recommend them to anyone with the same foot type.

I love my shoes! They are very supportive, especially around the ankles, but still have enough room in the toes to feel comfortable on the descents. This is a good shoe to wear all day, even after training. I wear them with light socks. Usually I have shoes from 8.5 to 9 sizes; These shoes are size 9.5.

I love these shoes! I'm also hard to please due to artificial planters, fallen arches, and multiple screws in my ankle. Great arch support and a really nicely designed shoe. The photo doesn't do them justice. They make me happy when I look at them and wear them. I only wear them to workout and they feel great! Good price!

Comfortable and flexible. I work as a nurse and only wear ASICS. When I went to the doctor for a swelling in a leg (it turned out to be arthritis from a broken foot when I was a teenager) he highly recommended ASICS. Many of my colleagues wear them. 12-16 hour shifts on my feet are definitely not fun but my feet feel great in these shoes and I'm almost 60 and have been a nurse for 30 years. I will continue to buy and recommend them.

I have to say I've never been so disappointed with an Asics shoe in my life. This is my favorite brand and I've probably bought Asics half a dozen times but I will never buy this model again. I'm a runner and usually have to go up a half size especially to accommodate my orthotics (I have a stupid high arch). These aren't trail runners, so I guess all running shoes are like that. I have bought 4 Asics shoes in the last 3 years and these are my favorites! My reasons for this being a "good" shoe: 1.) Toe box - I have trouble with my toes going numb if I don't have enough room in the toe box. To accommodate this, I usually order a size 10 and lace it up tight in regular shoes (if I'm wearing a 9 or 9.5).
