I love how easy it is for me to view my patients' history through this software! It makes scheduling appointments so much easier than using paper files or trying to remember what was said during our last meeting with them!! The only thing about APODENTAL i dislike are all their ads which pop up when you open any page other then your patient list. It is easy for my staff to use because it has all our current patients' information right there at their fingertips! I really like how you can search for specific patient info if needed. Sometimes when scrolling through pages it takes awhile before some things show up so be aware of this. We have been able to see what needs to be done with each patient instead of writing everything down which saves time. I love how easy it is for my patients with limited computer skills or time constraints (even elderly) can still have online appointments! The benefits are that I can access the same records and access the same information across office. It also helps to have the same notes available regardless of the office. I dislike that I can not access the same information in one office that one in another. It would be better to have this as an option. I do not have that benefit with my other software system. I love how easy it is for me to view my patient’s charts without even logging into their account! It also makes scheduling appointments easier because you can click "Appointment Reminder Sent Successfully" instead of entering all your information again next time around (just like when using an online service).
