Overall good softwares and customer services provided

I like that it's easy to use for new users as well experienced ones alike - you can do everything with this software without having any previous experience or training needed! The support is also great here so if there are questions regarding how something works they usually get back in touch within minutes (or hours) of sending an email asking about what their issue was/how things work etc). It would be nice though maybe have some more options available when choosing which file type will open

Pros
  • Easy enough access even non technical people could learn quickly.
  • Very helpful customer service / helpdesk team, very fast response times,
  • Simple yet effective interface design+ user friendly approach makes learning curve less steep compared others' such tools used elsewhere
Cons
  • Mostly okay, but...
