It was a terrible purchase, but I wasted my money.

Purchased for use in the workplace because there was a discount available (tired of paying 550 for unlimited 3g from Amazon). Some sort of terrible UG, but maybe I was just unlucky; however, judging by the reviews, it seems that I am not the only one who has had such bad luck. It is my intention to come back. Has pros: I haven't noticed in the week that I've been using it that the D-Link DWA-131 dongle, which has been used at home without any complaints for almost an entire year as an access…

Reliable purchase, guaranteed to be a good purchase.

I read a wide variety of evaluations, and at first there were concerns that the drivers for the 64-bit version of the "seven" might act in an unexpected manner. I decided to check with the maker of the product, just in case. They gave their word that everything would be all right. In point of fact, the entire process of setting up the system just took a few moments. To begin, a disk with native content and some firewood must be inserted. After that, when the system says that the drivers have…

Pros
  • The simplicity of the setup. The flat is capable of effortlessly penetrating two concrete walls (approx. 8 meters). Excellent speed. Easy.
Cons
  • The dimensions are unacceptably large; however, this disadvantage is mitigated by the inclusion of a flexible cord with the box.

So-so quality, price doesn't match quality.

Has some pros Small size with included cord, stable reception, easy to install Has cons: fact, but after 1 year of use it began to get very hot. As a result, it turned off. So there is a disease after which its use is useless

Not a bad product, but you can find a better one.

Pros below: It kept the speed of 150 megabits, but for some unknown reason it dropped to 72. Some cons: As already accepted, native drivers from the site are not installed. After 2 hours of intensive use of the torrent, the connection is cut down and only a reboot helps.

Its pros: Laconic design. USB cable supplied in good screen. Immediately "hooked" the player. Really holds up to 300MB Has some cons The supplied drivers are very bad. Could not expose 801. N. the maximum was configured 54Mb. The network at 300Mb (801. N) did not even want to see.

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The product is good, there are only a few minor flaws.

Pros below: Everything works right out of the box. No connection problems found. With its cons. The large overall size of 22x10 mm does not allow the use of adjacent USB ports. Unscrewed using an extension cord

The best thing for the money, I'm glad I chose this option.

I advise. I've been using it for less than a month, but it works like a beast. In combination with the RT-N16, it's just a tank. Yes, and with the good old model WL500gpv1 or WL500gpv2 works fine. I only ask you to remember that asus access points MUST be flashed with "OLEGOV" firmware. Otherwise, there will be an irresistible feeling of nausea and disgust for this company because of the worthless Software. Definitely! As for firewood for Windows 7, the solution turned out to be extremely…

Pros
  • I'll start with the main one: - Keeps speed (although under load, a drop in speed is noticed SOMETIMES); - Does not overheat; - No failures were observed. - Small, convenient.
Cons
  • I NEEDED to put firewood on Windows 7. I HAVE NOT FOUND Windows automatically, and relatives are NOT suitable for this Windows.

It's impossible to use it, don't waste your money.

I don’t know what people write about quality here, I don’t have any quality. No speed, no problem-free operation. When connected to a computer after a period of 30 seconds to 3 minutes - a break. Sometimes there is no cliff for a little longer, but it still happens sometime. Instead of the recommended reinstallation of Windows, I decided to just buy another wi-fi adapter. I chose the one that has normal reviews and costs 3 times cheaper than this Asus. You will be surprised, but everything…

Pros
  • They are not here. Doesn't perform its function.
Cons
  • Constant network interruptions. Endless! Disgusting signal quality, although the Keenetic Ultra router is behind one wall. The three times cheaper Tp link TL-WN725N works perfectly out of the box, while the vaunted Asus USB-N13 doesn't work at all.

Not my best purchase, you could have found something else.

I bought this device, got a copy of revision B1, inside a chip from Realtek. It was not possible to get it to work at the declared speed of 300 Mbps, it connects at a speed of 144.5 Mbps. I tried to use standard Windows firewood, firewood from a disk, downloaded firewood from the asus site, from the realtek site, ruled the registry, went through all the possible settings - no result, it connects at a speed of 144.5 Mbps for the life of me. As a result, I am not satisfied with the purchase, I…

Pros
  • - Interesting design - Affordable price
Cons
  • - Does not produce the declared connection speed of 300 Mbps

A good product, more pros than cons.

I use it as an access point, the drivers included in the kit got up on WinXP without any problems, deep configuration is practically not required, and no additional utilities need to be installed. Select the AR mode and go. speed in this mode is 54 Mbps (it used to be 48) Has some pros compact, good signal, can be used as an access point, easy to install and configure, Asus Has cons: sometimes in the access point mode, the connection is interrupted and the program switches to the "station"…

Disgusting, I don't recommend it to anyone!

If someone says that he installed firewood - do not believe it. IMHO Installing drivers for this adapter is a lottery. I spent 2 days reading a bunch of links, 500 times I deleted / downloaded / installed drivers from windows ate center, asus, Ralink (the latter had a heap of happy translation into 2022, I see the drivers are the same). Terrible. I never thought I'd spend THAT much time on a USB whistle. :-(

Pros
  • could not be found (except for a beautiful appearance)
Cons
  • Windows 7 x64 drivers won't install

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The product did not disappoint, the quality pleases.

A good device, but the software and drivers included in the kit are useless - they constantly bug out and conflict with the Wi-Fi settings of Windows. In order for the device to work properly, you need to download the drivers from the website of the chipset manufacturer on which it works. This is Ralink RT2870. There are drivers for both XP and 7, and 64-bit ones too! After installing these drivers, ASUS USB-N13 works on 5+! Establishes a 300 Mbps connection without any problems. I did not test

Pros
  • - Connection speed up to 300 Mbps - Good signal strength - Convenient "cable" with a fixed bend included
Cons
  • - The software that comes with the kit is terribly buggy and will conflict with the Windows Wi-Fi setup program

Im amazed! It was definitely worth the money!

For some reason, after connecting to the router (d-link dir-320), the connection did not immediately appear, but after 5-7 minutes, and in the connections it shows an average signal (2-3 divisions), although the HTC Wildfire S phone shows an excellent signal, I suspect that some fakap with encryption, but everything is ok with speed, speedtests show 8Mbps declared by the provider

Pros
  • -Quickly all the drivers got up from the disk and after rebooting, Win7 key fob immediately saw and loaded everything she needed - Holds steady, but.
Cons
  • - Flimsy -Quite crooked utilities that come with the kit

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Normal quality, you can use it.

I do not know how things are with competing device drivers, but I recommend purchasing this one only if you have some knowledge in the field of networking. If you want to buy a device "I plugged it in, pressed the 'next' button and it all worked" - it's better to consider other options. Different pros: As for the hardware, there are no complaints about the device: the signal is very worthy (although inferior to the built-in WiFi on Asus motherboards), it is not lost. Speed is fine too. Its…

I was surprised by the quality for this price.

a friend gave poyuzat d-link dwa-525. installed quickly, connected, but the connection was enough to view two pages on the Internet. After that, he lost the access point and registered with a new one. I tried all kinds of drivers that were advised here, it did not help. As a result, I bought Asus USB N13 and lo and behold, everything is the same with him. Then I thought that it was in Windows. 1 reset the firewall settings 2 set channel 6 instead of 11 to guess on the router. 3 came across the…

Pros
  • good catches, fast installation, good program included
Cons
  • I don’t understand why it sets the speed to only 48Mbps, and sometimes 36

Revainrating 3 out of 5

In general, everything is not bad, but I expected more.

Nicely made and fast whistle; it’s a pity that I forced me to leave win 8 - I spent half an hour poking and clicking on windows, catching the reason for laziness, I’ll wait for the drivers. Has pros: Quick and easy installation under Win 7: connected, filed the drivers from the supplied disk, entered the password for the home network - that's it, away we go. Its cons: Under Win 8 (Release Preview), it not only refused to work, but led to an instant crash into a system error and a reboot. The…

A great option for this money, one of the best offers.

Excellent keychain, does its job perfectly. I took it purely as a receiver, so the negative reviews about using this product as a software access point did not affect my choice. I easily made friends with Zyxel Keenetic Lite, the speed is stable at about 135 Mbps - it suits me quite well. In the future, I will change the router to Zyxel Keenetic if the speed is not enough. I recommend to buy!

Pros
  • Price quality Signal stability Work speed
Cons
  • A little fragile - handle with care

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Disgusting, would not recommend to anyone!

If suddenly you could (achievement for you!) Install it to distribute the network at least somewhere, then it may suddenly stop working. Well, just once - and that's it. Naturally, there is no mobility, because the chance that the adapter will work on another / someone else's computer is extremely small. Zero. On the seven, connectify may or may not solve the problem. On 8 this device does not work at all. Conclusion - terrible adapter, terrible support.

Pros
  • convenient flexible usb extension cable
Cons
  • Native drivers, work stably only on XP, network setup is difficult

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A high-quality product, the price corresponds to the quality.

Works well under Windows XP, 7(x64 and x32), 10(x64). MacOS since 10.6.8 (there was no lower version to check), also works well under hackintosh os x 10.7.5 and higher. Different pros: It has been working for 3-4 years. There was a glitch when Wi-Fi fell off. ated time capsule firmware and adapter driver. Stopped falling off. The speed is stable: it downloads 4-7 MB / s through the torrent, depending on the distribution (our operator no longer gives out according to tests). Up to 18 MB/s…

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I expected mediocre quality, but the product was pleasantly surprised.

Local speed to the provider - 50-60 Mbps (the wire was up to 70-80). At the same time, the broadcast is decently packed - in wireless networks, one and a half dozen neighboring routers are visible. With an external channel of 10 Mbit, the margin is more than. I don’t really understand who complains that there are no real 300 Mbps - many already have an uplink to an apartment of more than 100 Mbps?

Pros
  • Communication speed, easy installation.
Cons
  • In a laptop with Win7, firewood was not found automatically, the software from the disk did not help. In the desktop with Win 7 - stuck and went, the disk did not even insert.
