I had a DELL 2721DFG but I just felt like no matter what I did the display was slow, even at maximum acceleration, with all the overshoots that caused a display that just seemed slow, with artifacts and ghosting. Every time I load a game that takes up 100% of the main monitor's screen width, the display settings refresh and freeze for a few seconds. It's really annoying because you can't access another browser, one or another app without waiting for this update to cool down. I have an HD connection and the latest drivers. My friend is another advanced user with the same experience. Still a really cool monitor just a little annoying just like you lol.

I do NOT use G-Sync, Elmb Sync, ASCR or any other fancy stuff on this monitor. They all drop framerate and feel slow. I play Insurgency, Arma 3 and Warzone with max graphics settings. Very satisfied. The color of this IPS Asus VG27AQ is amazing compared to my 28 inch 4K Predator TN panel. The stand works very well and I like its smoothness and adjustability. Although the stand is very simple (I liked the LG look better), it's amazing how little space this stand takes up. Very nice design.

I've had this monitor for about 3 months now and I'm still shocked at how beautiful and colorful it is, especially compared to my second monitor which is about 8-10 years old. In multi-color games like Fortnite or Overwatch, this monitor really shows how good it is as a product. I would recommend this monitor to anyone who wants to play games at 1440p or even a photo editor.

If you only use this for gaming it's fine but for watching movies it's horrible, every time there's a scene with a black background that black color looks white and it's quite annoying.

A year later...still works great. used on my xbox x series. no ghosting, vivid image, no burnt pixels. Response time feels great in FPS games.

Well I've had this monitor for 2 years, it's a fantastic monitor but when I measured it today out of curiosity I got 24 inches. I mean its not a very noticeable difference as i said i got it 2 years old but thats not what i paid for that i give it 4 stars instead of 5. However, this wonderful monitor had no problems with it.
