I like this product, but I have to talk about some of its downsides: 1) the monitor isn't very mobile, 2) depending on where you look, the monitor gets dimmer on the sides, so you need to put it in the perfect spot. It's 5 stars however because the price overshadows these disadvantages, it's one of the cheapest monitors on the market. So if you're starting out with a setup and are on a tight budget, this is one of the best options for beginners.

I've had this monitor for years and recently had an accident but decided to get the same monitor again. This is very good for games on a budget but who still want a good product. I had a dead pixel on my last order, but it's not that bad. The Hz advertised seems wrong, but I think it is related to the Amazon ISP and not directly to ASUS. Overall, take this monitor as your primary budget monitor or a premium second monitor.

I had a monitor failure on my dual monitor computer so I bought 2 of these to match. I screwed it up thinking my computer had an HDMI output, but it didn't. I had DVI and VGA video outputs. My screen had a horrible yellow cast that made all "white" colors look muddy yellow. After messing around with the RBG settings for over 3 hours, resetting to default at least twice and checking that blue light reduction is turned off, I still couldn't get rid of the yellow tint unless my screen looked incredibly washed out. Any solution that makes pretty bad use of the screen will come back and not recommended at all. It is also not 120 Hz as advertised.

What a very bad presentation. Behind a roadside mailbox, in this weather, where any passer-by could grab and hurry. I expect a lot more from a delivery than this as it is only 300ft from the driveway to the door which is covered and where most other Amazon deliveries are stored.

Terrible monitor, blurry and such a big eye strain with huge pixels. Joke it's called eye care monitor. should be called the destroyer of eyes. Never use for work or reading. Fun!

For use with dual monitors in my workspace, this is a replica of the one I bought a few years ago. The only downside is that it costs about $60 more than the first. So I ask do you want it or not? The answer is yes; and I'm glad I bought it.

The product description is incorrect, it should be 120hz, if it's only 60hz then it says it's led and the lcd is totally wrong, horrible graphics, i like it.

I really don't understand all the great reviews about this monitor. I was hoping for the best, but given the cost, be vigilant. The higher refresh rate is not noticeable, the colors look very washed out and the quality of the fluorescent light is not visually appealing, which is uncomfortable for the eyes. I am connecting my old ASUS VS229H-P 21.5" which on the other hand works much better than this "upgraded" cheaper version.

This monitor was so bright that all colors were washed out. I spent a few hours online with tech support but no solutions so I returned this monitor.

Very happy with the picture quality, everything looks great for a $90 PS4 Pro. I doubt this value can be beat. The only negative I found was the design/placement of the HDMI and power connectors.

Decent monitor at a reasonable price. The black level is very bad. I've played with every setting in every combination I can think of, but the black levels have never been decent. It's not as noticeable when you're browsing or using a word processor or spreadsheet, but when you're gaming or watching media the brightness is distracting. I ordered this to create a dual display setup. It wasn't the same model I already had, but the specs and sizing were the same, so I figured it would fit. I installed it next to my existing monitor (HP Pavilion 22 cwa) and the colors looked washed out. I checked the driver, spent time changing brightness, contrast and other settings in the menu, but no improvement. Then I started searching and found that this is not an uncommon complaint. I should have checked the reviews more carefully.

Image quality for videos was great, but overall the screen felt dull and color settings never looked as good as they do on my higher-end Dell business monitor. Text appeared pixelated when used for text and Windows applications. I contacted ASUS but the issue was not resolved. Again, I think you get what you pay for. I will probably return.
