The furniture did not match well. The dowels came out and cracked the finished side on both sides and there was a defect at the top. I called the manufacturer three or four times and got an answering machine. I was told someone from the company would call me back but they never did. Six weeks have passed and still no call back.

Pros: All parts fit together perfectly and are an eye-catcher. Sockets and USB ports are very convenient. Cons: As others have pointed out, you need to pre-drill a few holes before assembling. If you can't pre-drill the holes I would suggest getting better quality screws as the ones supplied are of poor quality and the heads come off fairly easily.

Pray you don't have to contact Atlantic directly if you have a problem. They literally take days to answer questions. I've been sent defective parts and they charge a ridiculous amount of money to get a replacement after Revain blindly sent a replacement table that I don't need. What a mess. Terrible customer service from the manufacturer.

We bought two of these and delivered on January 29th. It is now February 12th and the company has not yet received a response regarding a replacement leg for one of our edge tables. Customer support is said to be available 24/7, but is only available during business hours Monday through Friday. The one we were able to put together is good, we love its charging aspects but the ridiculous customer service gave us 1 star.

Great table. Looks good works great. I would give 5 stars but my first customer experience was just terrible. They sent a defective part which prevented me from completing the assembly. Little problem. But then it was very difficult to get a new piece. They eventually shipped it, but more than a week after I informed them of the problem. It took me a week to *start* a new article mailing list. It should be sent in a day, not a week.

This table fitted well and was solid when we assembled it, but was missing parts. We had to go to a hardware store to get the parts needed to complete this table. This was the second table I bought. I bought the exact same thing from another store and this table had the same issues so I returned it. I didn't want to go through the returns process again this time, so I just went to the hardware store and bought the missing parts.

I would call this an average product. My main concerns fall into several categories. #1, the hardware, mostly screws, soft heads, unscrew just before the pieces come together so you end up with a loose fit. #2, some of the dowel holes weren't deep enough so I had to drill deeper holes even after cutting. #3, the finish had flaws. I wouldn't call it a bad product but I wasn't expecting to be a foreman. Revain customer service offered me a solution so I'm happy with the handling.
