Very helpful and attentive staff always looking forward

The support team really helped us understand how they can help make our system work better with all of their product offerings. They are easy going people who listen very well, have great customer focus which has made them an excellent vendor! I don't like that there wasn't a lot more customization options when we first started working together - it was almost as if we were given what would be standard functionality for most companies out today (which works). We had been using another software…
