Attendance Counts Review

I like that it's available to use in all our departments (HRIS/Payroll). It helps us with tracking employee absences which is helpful when looking at vacation requests or FMLA paperwork etc. The interface could be improved - some areas are very hard to navigate especially if your not familiar with this software system. We have been able fix most issues we've had by just calling support directly instead of having someone from their team assist as they don't seem too knowledgeable about these…

The system is easy to use and allows our employees to be in their office or at home with an app that they can access easily from anywhere as long as it's connected! It also gives us reports we need throughout each month which helps keep track of employee hours & payroll information accurately through out the year!!
