Review on Attendance Counts by Nick Atkinson

I like that it's available to use in all our departments (HRIS/Payroll). It helps us with tracking employee absences which is helpful when looking at vacation requests or FMLA paperwork etc. The interface could be improved - some areas are very hard to navigate especially if your not familiar with this software system. We have been able fix most issues we've had by just calling support directly instead of having someone from their team assist as they don't seem too knowledgeable about these systems themselves. This allows me more flexibility during my work day since i can easily check up on how employees' hours look without them being there!
