Small, hard wires.

I have ordered two pairs of these units. One for Vintage Pioneer PL-15D and one for Sanyo TP-600SA (CEC deck). The wires were thicker than those of Pioneer's original headshell, albeit slightly shorter, which made it a bit difficult to connect to the AT95e's carriage and headshell. I think some have mentioned that you need a small screwdriver or something to make the connections a little bigger so they can be moved around. Still a very snug fit and the hard wires need a bit of flexing to fit…

Great replacement for most shells

These are very high quality shell leads. And for the money, they simply can't be beat. Yes, you can spend a lot more money on leads, but they're perfect for my system. I bought several packs and have now replaced the cables. on all the different seashells I own. This is a very good upgrade from the standard wires that come with most shells on the market. than to complain it is a bit stiff at first. But they are flexible enough to be used without much effort. That doesn't stop me from buying…

Relatively inexpensive, high quality headphone cable

This is the same cable set that Audio-Technica supplies with the excellent AT33EV MC cartridge. In my price range, I would say that the Audio-Technica AT6101 PCOCC cable is better than other comparatively cheap options. You'll have to spend a little more, upwards of $80 or more, to get a bunch of leads that might yield better results. The Cardas Rhodium set comes to mind. However, I have had excellent results using an Audio-Technica AT6101 cable with various Technics headshell cartridges for…

Pros
  • 22 strands, 0.12mm construction
Cons
  • Cable shorter than other picks

Good quality, tight fit, wish the bolt holes were round

I bought these AT wires because I was concerned about the brittleness of other common wires. Reviews have shown that they were better built and stronger, which is certainly true. Other general purpose leashes look like they're about to fall apart and I didn't want to buy multiple packs just in case. Good: High quality and sturdy wires that should last a long time. The price is only marginally higher than the cheaper generic options. Not so good: 1) Depending on the shape of your case and…

Would buy again!

Wow! That's all I can say. I ordered them for the player. I quickly built and sold a turntable (Pioneer pl-112d) and after rewiring the arm wanted to use good but inexpensive wires. So I tried these. They just blew me up. I ordered a few more sets to have on hand and decided to replace the Cardas wires with these on my Stanton 681eee-s cartridge with fresh vintage NOS probes from my doomsday stock. He completely blew my socks off. This was installed on my second system on a Pioneer PL-550. I…
