Partially works with software

Works most of the time, but the AFR sensor doesn't work at all. This is one of the reasons I bought this product and it's not good.

Pros
  • Robust surface
Cons
  • Almost never

It's ok just needs to be able to do more

Bought to show gauges but it doesn't show me the gauges I want to see. FICM Transmission temperature, gear engaged and whether the torque converter is locked.

Pros
  • Dope πŸ”₯
Cons
  • Some issues

Hasn't worked since day one

Device turns on and connects via Bluetooth, but won't interact with the app. No vehicle data is read. Troubleshooting was unsuccessful. You will probably not buy this expensive device again and try it a second time.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors

Don't expect much but have fun

It is playable but doesn't work as described, connection issues, half the features don't work on my computer. The OBD reader is good although it gives a lot of information that a regular code scanner doesn't, but it doesn't clear the codes even though it has an option.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

Lots of data but not perfect

Used with iPhone 7+ on a 2013 Jeep Wrangler. Bought to be able to monitor voltage, oil pressure, fuel consumption data and read codes if needed. Previously I worked as a full-time mechanic, so I have experience with code readers and diagnostics. This thing can do a lot, but it's not organized or simplified for the average user. No instructions other than initial installation. Google will be your friend. Pros - Nice display - Fuel economy data is useful on long journeys - Extensive customization

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Has imperfections

Great idea, mediocre connectivity, really shoddy software.

Love the concept, hate the execution. The hardware is fine, but it took a few times to get a stable connection and it takes a long time to identify the PID. Bluetooth doesn't automatically reconnect if I leave it in the car and sometimes it won't connect at all. The software is really poorly made. I suspect it was written in another tool, then ported and run in a container on an iPhone/iPad (Pega? Powerapps?). There's a "Remember my choice" checkbox on startup, but it doesn't work, and if you…

Pros
  • 1 year trial
Cons
  • Available in white only
