THE PROBLEM with these bulbs is that the METAL END CAPS ARE TOO ROUND AND LONG. It was VERY DIFFICULT to install this bulb in my overhead light as the ends of the bulb DO NOT SHOW ENOUGH to stay SECURE on my car's metal clips that hold the bulb in place. It was also IMPOSSIBLE FOR THE BULB TO STAY IN PLACE on my CARGO LIGHT. I took on the task of replacing the original halogen headlights on my 2015 Camry. I bought these scalloped LED lights for a dome light. The light pins are asymmetrical: the passenger side pin has a hole for one end of the bulb to fit a bulb, the driver side has a hole above the slot where the other pin of the bulb needs to be inserted and pushed in to to stop. and gravity "locks" it in. REVISED 4/13/2021 AFTER 18 months I'm starting to see these LED lights failing. According to the description they are rated for 30,000 hours, mine have used very little of that time as they were used as charge lights in my 2013 NV2500 van. They're certainly bright, but like most other LEDs I've bought from Revain, you're lucky they've been gone for a year. Due to early cancellation I downgraded my rating from 5 to 2 stars. oh my god how bright and super white these are! That's exactly what I wanted for both the dome light and the rear cargo area of the SUV. You no longer have to put up with weak/amber factory bulbs. I did some research and these 3030 LEDs are high output. It would be nice if they came in a bug free Kanbus version that uses less power/heat for cars that support it, but maybe that's not a big deal.
