The phone arrived looking used and dirty. does not look like the product on the website. Phone display not working properly

Product was delivered quickly with no issues. However, this whole system is unreliable, which has nothing to do with this replacement purchase.

I ordered this for my office as my screen stopped working and I couldn't see who was calling. The screen and buttons work like clockwork, but every once in a while I do notice glitches on the other end.

This product's button to hang up the phone is not large enough to hang up properly after a call. You have to fool around to hang up the phone. Not funny. In addition, the seller did not accept the return and did not offer to replace it with a similar, but better product. So our business is stuck with 4 phones that didn't hang up properly.

Received the goods today. I open the box to connect my phone as my desktop is giving me problems. Upon collecting, I found that there was no outlet or adapter at the main base where the tube cord goes. I have no way of connecting the handset anywhere on the base. So send it back.
