Actual internal dimensions used will depend on 3/4" x 1/2" internal corner posts so the usable area is 174mm x 75mm 6.8" x 2.9". But if you can knock out the corners in your project, the usable area is 192mm x 112mm 7.6" x 4.45". Inside height is 1.55 inches to the hem - minus the small risers, add just under 0.5 inches for the inside top. The small risers are 0.2" in diameter but can be sanded flat. Subtract 0.45" from the duct circumference if there are to be small risers.

Integrated plug and play snow plow headlight adapter. Plug the truck wiring harness into this box and 2 pigtails come out, one attaches to the truck headlights and the other attaches to the plow headlights. The circuit I built internally automatically switches between truck and plow lights when the plow is plugged in. I wasn't sure how it would hold up in the engine bay heat but it survived 2 winters and is still holding up great.

The plastic box itself is strong. It comes with a gasket that you need to cut and insert into the duct around the edges (so be careful! If you cut it too short, a second try won't do!). The screws go through the box to the corners (obviously) outside the perimeter of the gasket. The bolts are much longer than necessary and have very thin threads, requiring MANY turns to tighten. Overall a great box for a project. The box and then the cables coming out of the box. So I cut a notch on the side. This didn't make it waterproof, which was good for my purposes. The only downside I had was that the box came with 4 holes outside of a waterproof case area (which would normally be fine).
