It's easy to use for any size of hotel chain; great support when you have questions or suggestions! They're very open minded about new ideas that could be implemented but haven't been thought out before hand so it can take some time / understanding from their end (or even you!) if they want/use those features at all once created. I like that this software is very user friendly! It's easy to use for everyone in our team from receptionists all way up to senior managers.
