Love this product. This is my second but the customer service from this company is POOR So you know you are on your own if you have a problem

We have been outsourcing card making for years. In the end we opted for more flexibility and lower costs. I was a bit apprehensive about learning and reading card printers, but ultimately settled on this pack. I had some initial questions, I quickly called tech support and they were fantastic. In 45 minutes I completely redesigned our badges and just finished printing the last one. I'm really excited about both the product and the technical support.

I bought this item almost a month ago and when I opened the box it was in 3 different pieces and had a hole where the power button was supposed to be. I researched and researched and found that my machine is indeed broken. I have contacted the seller but it is only a round trip. I expected them to send a replacement, especially after spending so much money on something I can't use. Hopefully that gets fixed this week.

My company bought this to print badges for our annual labor conference. We chose this printer with the best value for money and it was worth it! The print quality was much better than we expected and the included editing software was easier to use! We were very happy with the device and look forward to printing more products! Just a warning, be sure to use maps from Bodno or you might end up with weird streaks and blurry images. Highly recommended!

I bought an ioProx card printer for our employees. The printer performs well for the price and delivers consistent results. You don't get surprisingly bright prints for a printer at this price point, but it does its job well and prints crisp. No complaints at all, except for the software licensing, which requires you to plug in a USB drive every time you want to launch the program to print.
