I love this bag! It's the perfect size and the wide strap won't dig into your shoulder or neck. It has many pockets and slots on the outside for you to put your phone in. I would definitely buy this again!

This is one of the most thoughtfully designed bags I've come across for many reasons. I particularly appreciate the two separate open pockets. Located above the top zip, they are perfect for storing two pairs of glasses. This is a very good deal.

I love Baggallini bags but the product I received was not as pictured. The photos showed a charcoal bag with a light blue lining. My bag is pitch black with anthracite lining. It may seem trivial, but the fun color is part of the appeal of these bags. Downgraded to three stars for poor performance, which annoys me greatly.

The item and style of the bag presented is a completely different style from the actual bag received. So disappointed and upset. I have this on the .has site and it broke so I wanted to replace it with the exact same package. I received a different shoulder bag. It's not worth the hassle of packing and sending back - so we're sticking with this bag and not daring to reorder.
