🚗 Baja Designs Squadron-R Sport LED Driving/Combo Lights, Black, Amber - Pair (Model: 587813) Review

These lights effortlessly brighten up any room. I replaced my fog lights with these and it was so much light it overshadowed my low beam headlights which is perfect for pitch black trails when no one is around. Amber lights are ideal for fog, dust, and snow because they don't reflect the light as much as higher Kelvin lights. These are great all round off road headlights.

2017 Tacoma TRD OffRoad easy to install and connect. These lights are bright! Even better is the light contrast it gives to the things in front of you. They are just as bright or even brighter than high beam. They aren't DOT approved, which means they shouldn't be run on the street. I do it when there are no cars around. Plus, they look great both off and on. The best fog lights I've ever had.

Quality product, like the looks and the functionality, although there are some comments; - Nylon lock nuts are tricky and SAE non-metric (operator error) - I used lock washers and regular nuts after having to shear off one of the bolts that had stuck. The combined pattern is too light to walk the street for me. no high beam) - Relay is not included but is easy to connect with the included wiring harness.

Headlights are great. I have them on my truck and it uses a factory switch instead of a wiring harness. The problem is the headlights. I bought these for my RZR and in my opinion they are not wired correctly. They need to be connected to a relay so they can use the switch and power the ignition. I called Baja Designs and they offered no solution. The only reason I'm writing this is in the hope that they fix this or offer insurance that you can buy. So far 3 triggers to wire!

I'm driving through Arizona's most dangerous stretch of highway for moose. I use an 18,000 lumen lightbar for night driving on this highway. My buddy recommended these headlights to replace my factory Ford headlights. OMG... this is amazing! I actually use them as opposed to a lightbar. They light up dark streets well. In fact, I bought two more kits for my buddy to look inside my handmade ranch bumper to fit four more headlights in my bumper. I love these lights and recommend them to others…

The installation guide was mediocre but you were able to figure everything out without a guide. Overall, the installation was pretty quick and easy. The combined headlights are dimly bright. As expected, they will dazzle people driving down the street at night. In bad weather I would drive with these lights. There is one major downside, probably only with my flashlights. Installed BD Squadron headlights on a Rally Innovation panel for my Crosstrek and ordered Revain headlights. The box I received had the wrong brackets (human packaging error). I contacted BD they sent me new mounts no questions asked and once again on the third round when they bought their lights they took care of me and the lights are really impressive. well built, sturdy, and installation could be done by a five year old with a pencil.
