Something has changed since my first order

I still notice that my clothes get static when I use them, but maybe because I took too long to dry my clothes. I've definitely used less dry on very heavy loads and the load still dried out completely with no issues. I bought it for the first time a few months ago and I love it. I just take my clothes out and throw them back in the dryer for next time. Unfortunately I forgot them in my old apartment. I ordered two new ones (one for a friend) and the wool pouch has changed a bit. Now comes with

Pros

Cons
  • Crumpled

My family LOVES this. So much so that we ordered a second set so we didn't have to catch latecomers from the baskets waiting to be folded or hung. I agree with other comments that you probably need to add fabric softener (either in the wash cycle or in the tumble dryer) to reduce static. But they seem to fluff up towels and flannel sheets and maybe speed up drying time a bit. I've found them most useful when the dryer is lightly loaded, where laundry sometimes sticks to the drum and won't spin because there isn't enough laundry…

Pros
  • Pure 100% New Zealand wool
Cons
  • Unreliable
